Why is mental health important?

Our mental health affects how we think, feel, and act. It helps determine how we deal with everyday stressors of life, interact with others, and make decisions.  Much like our physical health, we all have mental health that needs nurturing.

Mental Health

Find support services for all ages and demographics to help with assessment, guidance, outreach, and professional services to support mental health.

Victim Services

Support for anyone who has experienced (past or present) gender based or partner based violence or abuse, including additional support for families and children.

Substance Use

Substance use and addiction supports in the form of overdose prevention, harm reduction, outreach services, and local support groups.

Basic Needs

Where to go for food security, shelter, clothing, home essentials, financial support, or connecting with others in the community.
